Woods exhibited "slow, sluggish, very slurred" speech and was "unable to walk alone", according to the report and as seen on camera.

The report filed by four of the eight responding police officers painted a picture of a man who was at times confused, unresponsive and drowsy. Woods was arrested in Jupiter. The videos show the golf superstar unsteady, disoriented and struggling to comply with sobriety tests.

Police camera footage of Tiger Woods' arrest has been released.

After Woods was awoken by police, he failed four field sobriety tests. When the officer points out that Woods shoe is untied, Woods places his right foot on the front of the police auto and starts to fiddle with the laces.

He later managed to recite the alphabet, and after completion, he was asked to put his hands behind his back and was handcuffed and placed under arrest.

In the video, an officer can be heard asking Woods if he knows where is at the moment. The auto is straddling the line for the breakdown lane, but about two-thirds of the vehicle is still in a traveling lane.

The police officer asks Woods to walk the white line heel to toe and he can't do it. "There was also minor damage to the front driver's side bumper and rear bumper, and the passenger rear tail light appeared to be out".

Woods told police he had taken several prescriptions. He was asked to perform a series of tests, including a breathalyzer test, he blew 0.00.

Woods said alcohol was not a factor, but that prescription drugs were. "What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications", he said. "I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly".

Woods was stopped and arrested around 3 a.m. on suspicion of DUI, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
