Prosecutors plan to retry Cosby and say releasing the names of the jurors could make it more hard to select an impartial jury in the next trial.

Lawyers for several media outlets argued at a hearing Tuesday that jurors' names should nearly always be public to ensure transparency in the judicial process. The Constand case is the only one that fell within the statutes of limitations, and Philadelphia District Attorney Kevin Steele was voracious in fighting to take down Cosby.

Cosby's accuser Andrea Constant leaves the courtroom at the Montgomery County Courthouse after a mistrial the Bill Cosby sexual assault case in Norristown, Pa., Saturday, June 17, 2017.

The judge will consider whether to release the jurors' names at a hearing on Tuesday.

"You can't put a price tag on justice", Steele said when asked about complaints on social media concerning the cost of the initial trial. According to the prosecution, if the jurors names are made public, they will be subjected to a "publicity onslaught" and picking a second jury will become well nigh impossible.

It wasn't immediately known how many jurors wanted to convict and how many wanted to acquit.

Cosby's defense attorney, Brian McMonagle, offered a classic, off-the-rack depiction of Constand as a fabulist and willing participant on the "romantic" night Cosby gave her pills "to relax" and then "danced outside (his) marriage". Cosby has called their sexual encounter consensual.

Phil Spencer wants to extend Xbox backwards compatibility to PC
The Xbox One X is powered by a six-teraflop Polaris GPU which is 1.4 times better compared to its rival, Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro. The price tag of $499 is actually right on the money for many analysts, as the price is what many predicted for the Xbox One X.

It's understandable they would think that; for most of America's history, women's allegations of sexual assault were not to be believed - even when men stated something as true that was clearly a lie. Meanwhile, O'Neill made it a point to say that a mistrial does not absolve Cosby from the charges. Judge Steven O'Neill advised jurors when the trial ended Saturday outside Philadelphia that they need not discuss the case. Because of pretrial publicity, jurors in the first trial were selected from the Pittsburgh area and bused 300 miles to suburban Philadelphia, where they were sequestered.

43 year old, Mike McCloskey told a Pittsburgh radio station he would have voted for conviction. The media are asking the judge to release them, stating that the public has a right to know the trial followed an impartial process.

Judge O'Neill has ordered the jurors to not speak to the media on why they could not reach a decision after 52 hours of deliberation and a week of testimony.

Mr. Cosby was alleged to have drugged and sexually assaulted the accuser, Andrea Constand, in a January 2004 incident.

"I thought there would be a lot of chatter on the bus ride home", said McCloskey. "I feel like we didn't get justice". But on Saturday, moments after the mistrial was declared, he gave an inkling of his confidence level going into Round 2. Several of them attended the criminal trial with their layers.

Cosby remains free on $1 million bail over the three felony charges.
