President Trump has chose to stand up and defend his national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, amid increasing pressure to get him fired from some members of the commander in chief's electoral base.

"The unmasking thing was all created by Devin Nunes, and I'll wait to go through our full evaluation to see if there was anything improper that happened", Burr told CNN at the time. Among those cleared to request and consume unmasked NSA-based intelligence reports about USA citizens were Rice, his Brennan and Lynch.
