North Korea has produced small nuclear warhead to fit inside its missiles

In the wake of a report that North Korea now has nuclear warheads small enough to fit inside a long-range ballistic missile, President Donald Trump took a moment to try to de-escalate the situation while reassuring the American people that he is firmly in control.

"There is no bigger mistake than the United States believing that its land is safe across the ocean", North Korea's official state-run news agency said on Monday, threatening to retaliate "thousands of times" over.

Washington's alarm over North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's pursuit of a nuclear capability has intensified after the North conducted two tests of intercontinental ballistic missiles last month. "They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen", Trump told reporters at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Shortly before Trump's warning, the Washington Post cited USA intelligence officials as saying that the reclusive regime has succeeded in producing a nuclear warhead that can fit atop its missiles.

"The Fake News Media will not talk about the importance of the United Nations Security Council's 15-0 vote in favor of sanctions on N. Korea!" The U.S. also calculated last month that North Korea has up to 60 nuclear weapons, the Post said, more than double most assessments by independent experts.
