House Speaker Paul Ryan will be in OR on Wednesday, holding a roundtable policy discussion at one of Intel's campuses in Hillsboro and a separate fundraiser for a pair of Republican House members.

"I concluded that the security threats we face in Afghanistan and the broader region are huge", Trump said.

Prior to the broadcast, Ryan issued a statement that again didn't explicitly criticize Trump's handling of the white supremacist march in Virginia but said the nation's leaders "have an obligation" to steer the country past "the passions of the moment".

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., also applauded Trump, saying the strategy was "put together the right way".

Charlottesville, however, is only expected to be one of many topics Ryan addresses Monday night. While House Republicans managed to pass legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare, their Senate counterparts did not, casting doubt on how effective the GOP is at legislating now that they have control of all three branches of government.

"We can not allow another safe haven for terrorists to materialize again", Mr. Ryan said, labeling what he saw as a new Trump doctrine: "principled realism". The Washington Examiner has more on Ryan, who pointed to the inability, due to Senate rules, to include measures in the health-care bill like medical liability reform and interstate shopping.

Then, the next day, I think it was in NY on an infrastructure press conference, in answer to a question, I think he made comments that were much more morally ambiguous, much more confusing. "And by making sure that we're bringing this sector to Wisconsin, which will bring other jobs and other employers, so we have high-skilled, high-tech jobs, that is very good for Wisconsin's future".

"We can not allow another safe haven for terrorists to materialize again", Ryan said in the air of CNN broadcaster late on Monday after Trump had unveiled a new integrated strategy for the United States approach to South Asia.

Racine resident Paul Woodward Jr., a data center engineer, said he typically votes for Democrats, but will sometimes vote for Republican candidates.

"Many have gone so far as to condemn any attempt to project a moral equivalency between white supremacists, the KKK and neo-Nazis, and those who gathered to protest against the "Unite the Right" rally and the racist ideals it represents".

In fact, the official poverty rate may understate the decrease, because it leaves out several forms of government assistance, like tax credits, and is based on the cost of buying necessities in 1955.

"We have a comprehensive doctrine that we apply", Ryan said.
