Treasury's Mnuchin says no tax cut for wealthy

A group of 184 graduates of Riverdale Country School in New York City wrote a letter to Mnuchin, the New York Times reports, saying, "Like your classmates from Yale, we believe your resignation would be the most honorable choice". I've never asked the government to pay for my personal travel.

Mnuchin said as a member of the president's National Security Council he needed a secure communication link with Washington and his staff put in a request for use of an Air Force jet for his honeymoon trip with his wife Louise Linton to Scotland, France and Italy.

A spokesman for the Treasury Department told ABC News that the secretary requested government travel for his honeymoon out of a concern for maintaining a secure method of communication. "It is imperative that he have access to secure communications and it is our practice to consider a wide range of options to ensure that he has these capabilities during his travel, including the possible use of military aircraft".
