The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead Will Share a Character

Its spin-off show, Fear The Walking Dead, is nearing the end of its third season, which is due to conclude on October 15.

"Fear the Walking Dead" continues its Season 3-run with an all new episode tonight at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.

Footage of the opening scene from the premiere - and 100th episode - was shown to fans at New York Comic Con during The Walking Dead panel. Only one character from one show will crossover onto the other show. And that always goes well whenever a main character starts going out for themselves on any show, let alone on Fear The Walking Dead when any mistake could lead to being undead.

"We're very excited about this", he said, "and there's going to be some more news on this front in the coming months, so please stay tuned to what they call the Internet".

What are you expecting from The Walking Dead/ Fear The Walking Dead crossover? If you bring someone from Fear the Walking Dead onto the other show it's hard to get them back since at present Walking Dead seems to be ahead in the timeline, especially if they do just forward at some point this season.

Kim Dickens' Madison Clark does have a southern accent on Fear the Walking Dead, leading some in the past to speculate that she could be related to someone from the first show, which was originally set in Georgia (and now Virginia.) Fear showrunner Dave Erickson, who is leaving the show after the October 15 season 3 finale, shot down such theories in the past, but Dickens herself said at San Diego Comic Con in July that "I think Madison is, probably, might be related to Daryl Dixon".

"The Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman announced that one character will cross over between the AMC zombie drama and its companion series "Fear the Walking Dead". It's worth pointing out that both shows are now at completely different points in the timeline.

After years of speculation as to whether or not it will actually happen, it looks like the Walking Dead - Fear the Walking Dead crossover finally will.
