A day after Trevor Siemian was picked off three times in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Vance Joseph told Orange & Blue 760 AM that the team is exploring its options at the position.

"When you lose three in a row and how we've lost the football games, again [Monday] on offense with four turnovers, I think everything is for discussion, " Joseph said. Our offensive line blocked [well] and we ran the ball for 177 [yards] and the pass pro was better, but it all falls back to turning the ball over five times. "That's insane. You can't win when you turn the ball over five times". As Ian Rapoport of NFL Network alluded to, 2016 first-round pick Paxton Lynch recently returned to practice after suffering a shoulder injury in Denver's third preseason game. But in the 1-4 stretch to follow, the third-year quarterback has thrown just three touchdowns against eight interceptions - including a career-high three against the Chiefs - and he also lost a costly fumble against the Chargers in a 21-0 loss October 22. "Obviously like most coaches would do and see but tonight, our defense played winning football in my opinion".

Nationals officially name Dave Martinez their new manager
A formal announcement isn't likely to come until Monday at the earliest, possibly not until after the World Series ends. This is new for the Nats; since relocating to D.C., the team has only signed managers for two years at a time.

Bears tight end Zach Miller suffers gruesome leg injury
The New Orleans Saints (4-2) are riding in a four-game winning streak after beating the Green Bay Packers, 26-17, last week. Offensively, the Saints are averaging 28.5 points and 391.0 total yards (269.3 in passing and 121.7 in rushing) per game.

Here's what NJ can expect from the powerful coastal storm
Winds of this strength can take down trees and subsequent power lines which means you should plan on power outages. Additionally, flooding along rivers, including the Black River, Moose River and Salmon River, is also possible.

Siemian has been hit so much that he's not setting his feet properly on throws, feeling pressure even when it's not there. After a brilliant start in the first two games of the season, Trevor Siemian has been nothing short of very bad since then. Siemian, who was 19 of 36 for 198 yards with a touchdown and the three interceptions against the Chiefs, said it was not his job to decide who starts against the Eagles. The Broncos are now ranked No. 19, a big drop from their No. 4 ranking earlier this season. "We're giving the ball away".

"I've said all along we can coach and play better". He has also been beaten out by Siemian for the starting job in each of the last two preseasons, which raises its own set of questions.
