Terry Crews Files Police Report After Sexual Assault Claim

As it becomes inevitable that Harvey Weinstein is indicted on sexual assault charges, TMZ reports that Terry Crews has moved forward with filing a police report about his own sexual assault. He also told the outlet he plans to file a lawsuit against the unnamed perpetrator.

"This whole thing with Harvey Weinstein is giving me PTSD. Why?"

It comes a month after the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star went public with the incident on Twitter, explaining how a "high level Hollywood executive" groped him at a party previous year.

"My wife saw everything and we looked at him like he was insane", the actor and former pro football player later wrote on Twitter. "Because this kind of thing happened to ME", the "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star said in a series of tweets. "My wife saw everything n we looked at him like he was insane", he wrote at the time. Crews went on to say in his tweets last month he wanted to fight the man then and there, but decided against doing it, fearing how the media would portray the story and the possibility of going to jail.

Crews, 49, tweeted on October 10 that the women who were coming forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct gave him "PTSD. because this kind of thing happened to me". (No). Hollywood is not the only business we're this happens, and to the casualties of this behavior- you are not alone. He added that he hoped his coming forward "will deter a predator and encourage someone who feels hopeless".
