Arsenal defenders Rob Holding and Nacho Monreal go head-to-head on National Basketball Association 2K18.

The Daily Mail report that Arsenal are now planning to open contract talks with Goretzka in January, with a view to signing the German to a pre-contract agreement, joining for free at the end of the season.

Sanchez and Ozil could both leave for nothing next July but team-mate Monreal insists the pair are still committed to the club.

The latest story today is that Barcelona are eyeing a move to bring him to the Nou Camp in the new year, with the player demanding a substantial signing on fee, but Nacho Monreal insists that "the feeling" is that they will be at the Emirates until the end of the term at the very least. The Catalan officials clearly haven't forgotten about Ozil's time with their league rivals Real Madrid and they'll hope he can replicate the same form for Barcelona as he did with Los Blancos. It does not depend on me.

Sanchez is hopeful of pushing through a move to Manchester City, after failing to join Pep Guardiola's side in the summer, while Ozil has been linked with a move to fellow Premier League side Manchester United and Spanish giants Barcelona. "They are two players who end their contracts at the end of the season", he said.

Arsenal have made it clear they want him to stay, and are prepared to make him the highest paid player at the club if he decides to sign a new deal.

However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Fernandez wants to have a face-to-face conversation with the Arsenal man before taking a decision in the January transfer window.

"Once you're in our kind of situation, you envisage every solution, yes".
