The search for a missing 3-year-old girl in North Carolina entered its second day Tuesday.

She was last seen at 2404 Dawson Cabin Road in Jacksonville, NC.

Mariah stands at approximately 2 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 30 pounds.

Federal Bureau of Investigation officials said during a Thursday afternoon news conference that experts at their labs in Quantico, Virginia are testing "items of interest" that could help lead them to Mariah.

"She's my baby", Woods said.

Since Monday, an army of volunteers and law enforcement have flooded the area near the home to look for Mariah.

The FBI has joined a search for a missing three-year-old girl who was last seen in her bed on Sunday night.

Earlier in the day, a team from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) placed white orb devices around Mariah's home to take 360-degree pictures of the property. The CARD team is a group of highly trained and experienced subject-matter experts on missing child cases. They said no information is too small or insignificant when looking for the missing child. He said he custody of the children for around a month previous year after an incident that alerted Child Protective Services, but when Hunter got the kids back, she reportedly wasn't cooperative in allowing Woods visitation.

"If anybody knows where she's at or has any information, please call the sheriff's department or notify anybody", Woods said.

Emergency responders and investigators saw no obvious injuries when they responded to the victim's home on Sunday, the coroner said. Agents and investigators with more than 14 local, state, and federal agencies have also conducted almost 100 interviews, and have followed more than 140 leads.

"Just to be able to touch her and hold her and not let her go again", the mother told reporters through tears, "I'd give anything". The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office and the State Highway Patrol have sent their helicopters to assist in the search.

Kristy Woods on Tuesday issued an emotional plea for the girl's return.

"If somebody has her please, you now, bring her back, you know". The FBI is aiding local officials on the case.
