The yacht was owned by wealthy tech investor Lester Waters, as claimed in the lawsuit, and it also alleges that the party was attended by a number of young gay men.

Sanchez-Guzman, says he was assaulted by Singer during a 2003 yacht party in Seattle. "Bryan Singer then forced Cesar to the floor, shoved Cesar's face against his crotch area and demanded Cesar perform oral sex on him".

The civil suit, obtained by USA TODAY, claims Singer offered to take Sanchez-Guzman on a tour of the yacht. Singer then raped Sanchez-Guzman while the high school student "pleaded for him to stop", the suit states.

When he refused, "Singer forced him into acts of oral and anal sex". Bryan Singer then forcibly anally penetrated Cesar.

Later, the director allegedly promised Sanchez-Guzman to help him get into acting provided he didn't tell anyone what had happened. According to the complaint, Singer said that he could "hire people who are capable of ruining someone's reputation" if Sanchez-Guzman talked.

Finally, Sanchez-Guzman seeks "general and specific damages" from Singer for, among other things, "emotional distress, mental aguish, physical and mental pain and suffering", stemming from the alleged attack.

And although Apple's services business is growing, it doesn't have much overlap with the core offerings of Google and Amazon. If they manage to reach an agreement chances are you will still get to watch YouTube on Amazon devices after December 31st.

Singer has denied the accusation.

An attorney for Singer said in a statement Thursday that the filmmaker, best-known for directing "The Usual Suspects" and the "X-Men" series, "categorically denies" the allegations.

The alleged victim is represented by Miami attorney Jeffrey Herman, who represented another man a 2014 lawsuit against Singer, television producer Garth Ancier and former Disney executive David Neuman.

Guzman is being represented by Jeff Herman, and Singer's spokesman, in his denial, brought up Herman's role in a similar sexual assault case filed against Singer in 2014 by Michael Egan. "Those lies were dismissed by Egan himself, and he later went to Federal prison for lying in a fraud case". "We are confident that this case will turn out the same way the Egan case did", the statement said.

The statement added that "once Bryan prevails" he will file claims for malicious prosecution against Sanchez-Guzman.

Days prior to the lawsuit being filed, Singer was dropped from the production of "Bohemian Rhapsody", a biopic of Queen singer Freddie Mercury.
