The main selling point of Blink's devices is that, unlike a lot of other home security cameras, Blink's cams are totally wireless, as they rely on wi-fi to send video between the camera and its hub, and feature battery life that the company says is good for up to two years. We reviewed the camera a year ago, and while its ability to be powered with only AA batteries and low price made it an interesting proposition, the poor camera quality and lack of night vision hurt its usability.

The mail was addressed by greeting to the community and having written on it that they're exited in announcing that Blink has been acquired by the Amazon, since its launch in early 2016, and that they are thrilled by the response from consumers by purchasing their ultra affordable items.

"If you own one of our systems, nothing changes for now", the statement read.
