According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Rosen doesn't want the Browns to draft him, preferring to go to the New York Giants, who will likely have the second pick in the draft and are also expected to target a QB.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, "Rosen would be hesitant to come out in next year's National Football League draft if he knew that Cleveland was going to take him with the No. 1 overall pick".

Tuesday's Cactus Bowl matchup for the UCLA Bruins pits them against the Kansas State Wildcats, a rematch from the 2015 Alamo Bowl. The choice would seem to be between another year as a hero in sunny southern California versus moving to northern OH and becoming another in a long line of cursed quarterbacks.

The Giants could find Rosen available in the draft should the Browns decide to take Darnold with the No. 1 pick.

Rosen recently won a lot of hearts and minds with his discussion about playing in his team's bowl game while understanding why it is different for him to want to than a running back not feeling the same way. Whether or not the Browns have the No. 1 pick will factor into his decision, sources told Schefter.

A loss to the Chicago Bears would lock up the No. 1 overall pick for the Browns. He's reportedly expressed concerns about ending up with the Browns. "We did not draft a quarterback in the first round and say, 'This is our quarterback of the future.' We took a quarterback".

Rosen is still contemplating his decision to enter the upcoming draft, where he would nearly certainly be a first-round selection.

The Browns (0-14) are now in position to get the top pick for the second straight year.
