What's open and closed over Christmas
Christmas is nearly here and if you are keen to pick up a few more supplies before the big day then you don't have much time left. Christmas Eve and the Clemmons location will be open from 8 a.m.to 10 p.m. on Christmas, according to Kmart.com .

These include Nitin Patel from Mehsana in north Gujarat, Saurabh Patel from Botad, Jayesh Radadia from Jetpur and R C Faldu from Jamnagar in Saurashtra region, Kaushik Patel from Naranpura in Ahmedabad as Cabinet ministers.

While Patel's have expectedly received a healthy representation - predictably the BJP wants to dent future onslaughts by Patidar leader Hardik Patel - in the Rupani cabinet, the saffron party has also inducted leaders from the Rajput, Ahir, OBC Thakor and Dalit communities. BJP bagged 99 seats, whereas the Congress put up an improved performance and secured 77 seats.

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, who spent many years working for the United Nations as a top diplomat, told the news agency ANI that "many people" who were "more knowledgeable" than him had suggested that there were "signs of torture, that clearly the man has been held under duress".
