Himachal Pradesh Congress MLA hits woman constable, she slaps back

She said, "The constable was abusing and pushing me, trying to stop me from entering the party office even after I showed her pass to identify myself".

Shimla: There have been many cases in past showing political leaders misusing their power and hitting government official, but in a rare incident caught on camera a woman constable did not take the misbehave and hit back strongly. The Congress MLA Asha Kumari, who is the in charge of All India Congress Committee (AICC), assaulted a woman constable who was guarding the entry to the office.

In a shocking video that is doing round on social media, a Congress MLA from Dalhousie Asha Kumari got into an altercation with a female police constable. Congress President Rahul Gandhi disapproved the MLA's action of slapping the woman police constable on duty. "I am not happy at it".
