Harvey Weinstein slapped, cursed in Arizona restaurant by drunken patron

Disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein was filmed getting assaulted at a Paradise Valley restaurant in a report by TMZ. "You're a f--ing piece of s--". Speaking to the outlet, Steve claimed Weinstein was belligerent and "said no" to his photo request.

"Weinstein will reportedly remain in Arizona for the next month to avoid distractions, which will allow him to work more with his doctors as a follow-up to the program", said the New York Daily News.

A rep told us of the incident that no punches were thrown and, "Looks like the guy just patty-caked him twice", and that Weinstein is just fine.

Steve slapped Weinstein twice with the back of his hand, two slight tapping sounds audible.

At around 9 PM, Weinstein and his sober coach got up to leave at the same time Steve and his dinner companion were leaving.

Weinstein, 65, said he would not press charges over the incident, U.S. sources reported.

Weinstein declined to press charges and left the restaurant quietly.

According to the manager, the punches failed to connect with Weinstein, although he did stumble and fall backward.

Several celebrities have accused Weinstein of rape, abuse, and other forms of sexual misconduct. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.

Contrary to rumors that Weinstein was in Los Angeles during the Golden Globes last week, Weinstein's reps confirmed he was NOT in Hollywood, and was in Arizona the whole time.

Police don't need Weinstein to approve a criminal investigation - especially one with video evidence.

TMZ previously reported spotting Weinstein in disguise late past year at a central Phoenix restaurant.
