Ryanair CANCELS all flights from four major United Kingdom airports

Flights at Dublin aiport have been suspended and the Airport also won't open tomorrow.

"Passenger safety is our priority and we will be reviewing the situation as weather the events unfold".

Flight operations will NOT resume until Saturday morning, meaning there will be no flights to or from Dublin Airport tomorrow.

All trains and buses have finished for the day and remaining flight services at Shannon Airport will finish at 6pm. We have a 24 hour team in place at airport to minimise the severe weather conditions expected later today from Storm Emma.

Hundreds of flights had already been cancelled or delayed, with Ryanair pulling all its flights since Wednesday and Aer Lingus only attempting trans-Atlantic routes.

Ryanair has announced that it is now planning for a return to full operations, in all Irish airports, this Saturday, 3 March.

Glasgow says that a large number of flights have been cancelled for today, and advises customers not to travel to the airport until they have checked their flight status with the relevant airline.

They said: "Our Dublin short-haul flight schedule on Saturday will be disrupted with early morning flights cancelled and most operations not commencing until after 10am".

Airport chiefs stressed that all passengers should check whether their flights have been cancelled before travelling to the airport.
