Two arrested after Baytown police chase

Philadelphia police say they've arrested a 12-year-old boy who was strolling down a street with a loaded AR-15 rifle. One of the three suspects was caught and arrested.

March 29 at 10:19 p.m. / Police arrested Gregorio Luis Trujillo, 29, of Espanola on two outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Gregory said that based on independent witness statements, Doss was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and reckless driving.

Two people were taken to Baptist Hospital for treatment and a third was treated and released.
