A West Virginia judge ordered Mills to undergo a mental competency evaluation, following the shocking event.

Roena Cheryl Mills, 41, made the outburst after she was found covered in blood, carrying a knife and apparently drunk close to the mutilated body of her boyfriend Bo White, 29.

"Even though she's only been initially charged with second-degree murder because there was some initial doubt about premeditation, [the] grand jury could certainly indict her for first-degree murder", Sitler told West Virginia Metro News.
